This is a resource for your soul! What could be more inspiring than listening to how clever, powerful and successful people conquered their goals. My favourite, by far, is Tom Hanks who is clearly the nicest guy in the world and is reduced to tears recounting his journey. Other stand out chats include George Michael, Kylie Minogue, Ed Sheeran and Davina McCall.

Hey It’s OK - Jo Elvin
Founded by ex Glamour editor and current YOU magazine editor Jo Elvin alongside journalist James Williams, ‘Is it just me?’ is designed to take a witty look at the every day with a side of celebrity. For marketing peeps, you’ll enjoy hearing the movers and shakers in the industry talking about day to day issues including paper diaries, the perils of Instagram stories and impatience. My favourites Piers Morgan, Lorraine Kelly, Melissa Hensley and Tanya Burr.

Jim Kwik - Kwik Learning
Jim Kwik is kwik by name and quick by nature. His brain training and memory techniques have made him a worldwide superstar and you can get a shimmer of his stardust by listening to his podcast. Short and punchy, the podcasts kick off with snippets from films like The Matrix and Limitless before delivering new techniques to take into your everyday life.
